MATERIALIZED
The Kinetic Imaging class that I participated in as a Freshman at Western Michigan University had the privilege to do a showcase of our digital artworks in the main art building. Many displayed projected videos, some, audio works or GIFs, like mine shown here. We all got to choose how our work was displayed, whether projection or on a TV, and set up said technology in the critique room.
For the display of my GIFs, I found this perfectly shaped Orion TV (that even had a DVD player which I thought added to the character of the display) and was able to resize my GIFs in Adobe Premiere to display correctly on the TV's screen. Along with that, I was able to help others organize and set up their work which I found myself to really enjoy!
